Privacy policy
Last updated 20 September 2026. This covers this website and the agent software we set up for clients.
This website
- We serve these pages ourselves; there is no advertising network or third-party tracker on them.
- We count page views and button choices in aggregate, and we set no cookies. Visitors are distinguished only by a salted one-way hash of network address plus browser string, which cannot be reversed back to an address; only the current day's hashes are kept, and past days keep counts without them.
- If you send us the contact form, we receive what you typed - name, email, phone, location, what you are interested in, and your message - and we use it only to answer you. Our server log records the sending address with the enquiry so we can block abuse and spam. We keep an enquiry until it is answered; ask us and we will delete it sooner.
- Embedded videos are hosted by YouTube and load only after you press play; until then no request goes to Google. Once playing, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
The agent software
- We install an AI agent on a computer the client owns. Its memory, files, skills and history live on that machine, not on our servers.
- The agent works with the Google account the client authorises. Depending on the setup that can include Gmail (read, send, organise), Calendar, Contacts, Drive, Docs and Sheets. We request only the access needed to run the assistant.
- We do not sell, rent or share that data, and no one at OGI reads a client's mail or files except at the client's request for support.
- The intelligence itself comes from an AI model provider in the cloud, so what the agent sends for a request passes through that provider under their terms. The account and its keys stay in the client's name.
- Access can be revoked at any time by the client from their Google account permissions page, or by deleting the agent's credentials on the machine.
Questions about your data, or want it deleted? Email [email protected] and we will answer and act.
